Subscriptions

All subscription fees (monthly, half-yearly, annual) are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting support. Cancellations will prevent renewal but will not trigger refunds for unused periods.

One-Time Services & Add-Ons

Payments for design upgrades, e-commerce setups, 360° shoots, and other one-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

Free Plan

Our Free Plan is provided without charge. Upgrades from Free to Paid Plans are subject to the above refund terms.

Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue caused by Svachalita that prevents service delivery, we will work to resolve it promptly. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Disputed payments may take up to 15 business days to review.

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take longer for some payment methods.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the updated date.
